My experience as an education professional spans three decades, with senior and strategic roles in the independent education sector. I have taught English Language and Literature at KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level as well as Drama at GCSE and Theatre Studies at A level.  For many years I was an external examiner and moderator in these subjects.

 

I have tutored students for examination at every level, from 11+ and Common Entrance through to A level and university entrance as well as preparing candidates for less common specialist competitions and global scholarship opportunities.

Much of my career has been spent working with sixth form students and am delighted that the vast majority of students I have mentored  have achieved Oxbridge places and admission to other top universities in the UK and overseas.

 

As a former Director of Digital Learning at a senior independent school, I have considerable experience and expertise in online education. My tailored and targeted online courses are highly effective from ages 5 - 19 and cover subject specialist teaching as well as curriculum focused learning.
